Abstract
We propose a ZORRO survey of multiplicity among massive young stellar objects (mYSOs) as a function of metallicity. Our sample (48 targets) focuses on known, bright mYSOs in the 1/2 and 1/5 solar metallicity Large and Small Magellanic Cloud. It aims to detect companions (and mini-cluster systems) on angular scales of 1000-10000 AU in the Clouds, to compare with the reference solar metallicity Galactic sample (32 mYSOs, Pomohaci et al.). Our results would help guide theory on massive star formation by constraining binary fraction of mYSOs as a function of metallicity.
