Program: GS-2005A-Q-14

The project described in this contribution aims to study the structure of nova shells and their ionizing sources. This question will be addressed by improved physical and chemical diagnosis derived from spatially resolved spectroscopic and photometric observations. New model constraints can be obtained using observations of the nebular continuum, dust emission and infrared coronal lines. These data will be analysed together with the optical diagnostic lines sampled along the evolution of the nova ejecta.
