Abstract
We propose to observe a sample of Be stars in the J, H, K and L bands using GNIRS in cross dispersed mode and in longslit mode, as part of a multiwavelength studies. Our aim is to discuss the physical conditions, structure and kinematics of the circumstellar envelope of Be stars based on observations made in different spectral ranges and with different techniques. Multiwavelength studies provide a very valuable tool for diagnosing the circumstellar envolope structure as the emission at different wavelengths originates from different regions in the envelope.
