Abstract
We propose to use GNIRS on Gemini-N to characterise two eclipsing binaries discovered by the CoRoT satellite in the 3 Myr old NGC 2264 star forming region. These eclipsing binaries are the most extreme mass ratio pre-main sequence systems yet discovered. We will take multi-epoch, R~18000 spectra to measure RVs and constrain the masses of both components of each system to a few percent.
