Abstract
The high speeds measured for some neutron stars place stringent constraints on natal kicks and asymmetries in supernova explosions. We propose to determine the speed of what may be the fastest neutron star known, PSR B2224+65, by using GMOS/IFU observations to measure the temperature and bulk velocities at the head of the associated Guitar Nebula.
