Abstract
We request one hour of Gemini-North DDT time, as soon as possible starting on the night of September 13, 2006, early in the night before the air mass increases, in order to measure the flux of the magnetar XTE J1810-197 simultaneously with DDT observations using the GBT or Parkes radio telescopes.
