GS-2011A-Q-30-53-003	2011-03-10 03:41:57	borderline IQ20, rawIQ=0.57" @ AM=1.19 IQ=0.51", Set to Fail due to a problem with the offsets. Quick reduction shows a cancelation of the signal given a null difference in the spectru. All science sequences have the same problem,
