GS-2009B-Q-26-42-001	2009-12-21 00:48:38	Just before starting the IQ in i was measured to be 0.78", then it improved by ~0.1" on OIWFS estimate and stayed there on average for first 2 spectra. Third spectra was taken in slightly better seeing (maybe 0.6").
