GS-2009B-Q-14-113-001	2009-11-22 00:05:00	The halo is heavily saturated due to the poor IQ. P2 seeing = 0.85 at airmass 1.6, the high airmass is the main reason for the poor seeing. [Later, the BMOS OI read 0.5 arcsec at 1.0 arimass, so overall the seenig is well below IQ 70.]
